To the north, the seven pearls of the Abruzzo "Costa Giardino": Martinsicuro, Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto, Giulianova, Roseto degli Abruzzi, Pineto and Silvi, with sandy beaches and equipped lidos. In the stretch of coast between Silvi and Pineto, surrounded by a thick scrub of stone pines and Aleppo pines, stands the Torre del Cerrano, symbol of the homonymous Marine Protected Area.
To the south, from Ortona to San Salvo, the coast is characterized by the presence of cliffs and small gravelly coves where it is nice to dive with a mask to observe the moving seabed in a clear sea. Here the Trabocchi, ancient fishing machines built in wood, embellish this splendid stretch of coast, known precisely as the "Costa dei Trabocchi".

Abruzzo is a region that knows how to preserve: this is the statement that best summarizes the spirit and character of this land.
Discovering its extraordinary natural landscape, walking through its ancient and elegant cities and millenary villages perched on the peaks, the most immediate impression one gets is that of a region that has managed to preserve many of its original characteristics, in which an intact environment and an immemorial presence of man show that they have known how to find the way for a mutual, respectful balance.

A mountain that offers breathtaking views and that strongly marks the nature of Abruzzo. But the Apennines are also the mountain which, by enclosing this territory, has led it to preserve within itself an enormous heritage of art and culture. An ancient culture that has settled over the centuries, a search for faith that man has conducted for millennia, inspired precisely by the solemnity of these landscapes.
Today you can still fully experience this cultural and spiritual dimension in contact with our region, austere and therefore so authentic, among hermitages, churches, castles, villages and cities of art, on a journey of discovery that ultimately leads to a deeper relationship with oneself.

Abruzzo cuisine has many souls given the variety of the territory and the cultures that coexist in it.
If we are in the hinterland of the Region, on the one hand we have the evolution of agro-pastoral cuisine, that of the "poor" farmers and shepherds of the mountain and foothill areas made up of simple and tasty dishes, sheep meat, soups and stews , cheeses and aromatic herbs, on the other there is the "cultured and bourgeois" one of Teramo, capable of enhancing primary flavors with more complex preparations: timbale of scrippelle; “mazzarella”; “virtue”.
